Be part of our secluded retreat July twenty fifth to twenty ninth as we collect at an attractive Alpaca farm nestled on Camano Island, simply an hour’s drive north of Seattle.
Get up to the recent dawn by the ocean. We’ll start the day with a nurturing mix of yoga, light motion, meditation, and communion with nature. This retreat is a deeper dive into the realms of power work, meditation, and training with Sura. LIBERATE program graduates can earn persevering with schooling items via our complete retreat curriculum.
Over the course of three invigorating days, our retreat is designed to revive and renew your private life imaginative and prescient. Study Sura’s superior chakra therapeutic system and enrich your meditation teaching abilities. 7AM: Rise and Shine
7:30AM: Yoga
8:30AM: Morning follow *
9AM: Breakfast break
11AM-1PM: Meditation Coaching *
1PM: Lunch break
2-5PM: Meditation/Nature Expertise *
6PM: Dinner
8PM: Restorative sound meditation
9PM: Bedtime
- Breaks from 9-11am, 1-3PM, 5-6PM
- Shuttle out there from airport
- Verify-in after 4PM Thurs with possibility to remain Solar night.
