Position Description

As a leader in our stellar marketing team, this role will be responsible for devising, implementing and helping execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase sales for our e-commerce platform and live events. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, consumer behavior, affiliates and e-commerce trends to maximize online visibility and revenue. 

We are looking for an amplifier. Someone who can take the 13 years of magic and healing we have created and really scale this to a global movement. 

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute/oversee, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engines, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
    • Monitor campaign performance/ funnels, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Content & Product Creation:
    • Oversee and guide the creation of engaging and conversion-focused content for digital platforms, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, emails, and other advertisements.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets, videos, and multimedia content to enhance the online shopping experience.
    • Develop strategies for new product creation to effectively meet our customers’ needs and evolve as a brand and business.
    • Develop products that deepen our relationship with our customers, allowing them to continue participating in their Ziva journey for years to come.
    • Guide creation of new product verticals and new product types while maintaining clarity within our brand and mission.
  • SEO and SEM:
    • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to the marketing website.
    • Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance tracking.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Work with the social media manager to oversee and guide the development and execution of social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive traffic to the e-commerce platform.
    • Monitor social media channels and sales responses to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation.
  • Email Marketing Management:
    • Work with content manager to oversee, optimize and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and encourage continued learning.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM software to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
    • Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting key insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of progressive selling of information products online required 
  • Health and wellness industry highly preferred with specific knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing a plus 
  • Degree in marketing and/or related business field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in managing direct response / e-commerce marketing 
  • Strong understanding and experience creating and maximizing upsell funnels, Meta ads, and working with affiliates
  • Excellent data analytics and web analytics required to improve a customer experience, with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights 
  • Background in direct response copywriting preferred (in addition to ecomm)
  • 3+ years of experience creating and optimizing marketing campaigns and funnels 
  • 3+ Years of progressive management and team development experience 
  • Strong initiative, creativity and a metrics-driven pursuit of excellence 
  • A results-driven marketer who craves constant improvement and enjoys working across teams and is also comfortable managing a small team
  • Strategic and tactical ability combined with expert relationship management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen and some understanding of budgets, P&L statements
  • Strong work ethic with ability to take ownership, roll up sleeves and get things done
  • Personal interest in fitness, wellness and overall health        
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or other relevant digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, etc.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques
