Releasing Worry and Fear dropper and unscented spray

Releasing Worry and Fear is my all-time bestseller! And for good reason. The combination of Larch, Rock Rose, and White Chestnut powerfully addresses multiple aspects of fear: your negative thoughts about the future and your ability to cope, the tendency to run those fearful thoughts in your head over and over, and the need to get grounded, find your feet and inner calm.

It helps me have increased courage and self-confidence, inner strength in the face of great challenge, and a much more relaxed mind. I feel like I can breathe deeply again, my shoulders relax (spray this on your shoulders if you want to increase this effect), I stop ruminating on negative things, and I start to have more positive thoughts or at least more neutral ones instead. Honestly, it’s really great for sleeping at night (in addition to my Restful Nights formula) if worry is making it hard to rest. Use it as often as you like over a few days for best results.

Prefer a scented spray? My scented Releasing and Fear spray allows me to add the power of aromatherapy to the flower essences chosen and I love it! Sandalwood, Angelica, Ylang Ylang, and Rosewood smell wonderful together and add a truly meditative effect.

Flower essences are used to assist with mind-body-spirit interactions and individual results may vary. They are extremely dilute which makes them quite safe. But because so little physical substance can be detected in a flower essence solution, these products are presumed to work on an energetic or vibrational level—something that cannot be adequately tested by western scientific methods. Claims made by me, therefore, are based on personal experiences and the evidence of the combined multiple decades of case notes by Dr. Edward Bach as well as Healing Herbs and Flower Essence Services (the companies who make the ingredients I use in my products). This is not, however, accepted medical evidence or substantiated scientific evidence from a modern allopathic point of view. I am not a medical doctor or licensed healthcare practitioner.

Consulting with a health care provider is a must for anyone taking medications or working with a medical or mental health condition, and highly recommended before using any herbal product. Please consult your doctor or health care provider for any possible contraindications and/or interactions with current medications. I trust you to seek the medical guidance you need to use any of my herbal products healthily at your own risk.
