I appeared on the Drunken Boxing podcast run by my buddy Byron Jacobs yesterday the place we dived into the story behind all of the martial arts I follow, who my academics are and the way I found them.
I’m often the one interviewing different folks on my podcast (I interviewed Byron again in episode 2) so this was a bit totally different. To be sincere it feels a bit cringe listening to your self discuss your self, however hopefully there’s some fascinating tales right here to entertain folks.
