What’s a butter board, it’s possible you’ll ask? Effectively, when you’ve absolutely heard of a charcuterie board, the butter board has slowly been creeping up the ranks—and it is precisely what it feels like. To make one, merely unfold softened butter throughout a board (we’re keen on grass-fed right here at mbg) and add the toppings of your selecting. Then, give everybody a slice of bread to dip into the buttery goodness.
For this week’s banquet, we opted for honey and pesto to enhance the creamy, scrumptious butter. And the following feast obtained me considering: Is there any method to make this decadent dish even a tiny bit more healthy?
